I landed from KL exactly 4 hours ago, and the Rolex is in my hands. It is stunning! The dial in particular has turned out brilliantly - I can't believe the detail I can now see in the second hand pointer divisions.

Thank you so much for superb service. I have my watch back on my wrist inside a week when the local jewellers told me it would have to go to Switzerland, would cost over £100 AND take 6 - 8 WEEKS!! Because they couldn't guarantee that it would still be water-resistant, they also claimed that in 90% of cases it wouldn't be water-resistant after a battery change so their advice would be to send it away. Thank heavens I have found you at long last.

How refreshing to find honest, amiable, and good shopkeepers / craftsmen these days (online or not), I cannot thank you and Gail enough for the work on my watch, and what a surprise with the strap, I wasn't expecting this.
 
It is difficult to choose from a vast array of watch repairers online, one has to take his / her chance with their loved watch / clock / etc... and hoping for the best.
 
Time proved that I certainly chose the best by sending my watch for repair to you, I will certainly recommend your service.
 
I hope that you will still be around in the next few years when my watch is ready for another service
