I have just received the watch back and am absolutely delighted to have it back so quickly. It also seems cleaner than when I sent in to you so undoubtedly it has also been cleaned which is just an added bonus. The communication throughout has been fantastic and your prices are extremely reasonably.

I am pleased yet again to report safe receipt and a successful service.
You may find this difficult to credit but my wife has produced what may be another interesting piece - a similar half hunter I think to the last - that was passed to her on her mothers death 20+ years ago. Apparently she in turn inherited it from her father but the history before that is uncertain. His family were local trawler owners so it could be anything!
I will post it in the next few days for you to assess and advise. It would be nice to know what it is and some idea of value.
I will also enclose some items that appear to be winders.

My nearly 60 year old Rolex, received back after repair and service, looked just splendid. I am delighted with it. I cannot even find the repair carried out to the original gold bracelet and the watch is keeping excellent time, in the order of minus six seconds per day.
I also wish to thank you for the very helpful letter of advice regarding care of the watch. This, and the valuation was all included in your charges, but not originally requested.
It has been a pleasure to deal with you and your helpful staff. No doubt you will be having the watch back for service in a few years time.

Just to say thank you very much repairing my ring and making it look as good as it was when I got it 40 years ago!! It is brilliant! I just didn't realize how much it had been neglected until I saw it again. I hope to come back to you in the near future to have the platinum shank added to the ring.

As you know the watch was returned before Christmas, which allowed me to hand it over to my father on the day itself. For that alone, thank you very much. He’s learned his lesson, he winds it everyday, in fact he’s never taken it off since its return.
