    Watch safely received this morning.  Thanks very much for your excellent and efficient service.  I found the whole process faultless with communication being second to none.  It’s important to have a high level of trust when you mail an expensive personal item to someone you have never met, let alone, even spoken with.  My watch came back like new and I’ll definitely use your service again should the need arise!

    I would choose to work with an independent who cares v one of the big players any time. This is both for the better quality personal service one usually receives and being loyal to my wallet, lower costs. I thank you and the team at Martins for the great personal service received. The process of having my Omega watch battery replaced by Martins has been very straightforward with excellent communications and updates along the way. The price was very competitive, the watch was repaired and returned within the agreed timescales. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and also to recommend to others.

    Thank you so much for superb service. I have my watch back on my wrist inside a week when the local jewellers told me it would have to go to Switzerland, would cost over £100 AND take 6 – 8 WEEKS!! Because they couldn’t guarantee that it would still be water-resistant, they also claimed that in 90% of cases it wouldn’t be water-resistant after a battery change so their advice would be to send it away. Thank heavens I have found you at long last.
