Following the most recent legislation from Holyrood, we will be open on an appointment only basis for “Click & Collect, from Tuesday 6th April 2021, 09:00am – 6:00pm.
Currently, we are still able to accept watch repairs, and some jewellery repairs, that are mailed into us, and to arrange the return of such repairs via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
However. Following the current legislation, we are not open for personal visits and unable to accept items personally brought into us.
So whilst we absolutely appreciate our client’s amazing support, please do not make a journey to the shop to hand a repair into us.
This is deemed as retailing, and as we appear to be legislated as “Non Essential” we will be unable to accept it.
